Thrilled With These Carryovers!

I was so happy to see that these DSP packs, stamp sets and dies carryover into the new 2024-25 Annual Catalog! The Perennial Lavender DSP, the Nature’s Sweetness DSP and the Countryside Inn DSP along with the Painted Lavender Stamp Set, Painted Lavender Dies and Countryside Corners Dies are all available now through April of 2025.

So I grabbed the Perennial Lavender DSP, the Painted Lavender stamp set and dies, the Countryside Corners Dies and the Sweetly Scripted stamp set (Online Exclusive) and created this pretty fun-fold.

Shout out to Canadian Demo, Lillian Kemp for the inspiration for this fun fold. I caught a bit of one of her ‘lives’ and decided I had to make this. I did change up the dimensions a little, but the inspiration definitely came from her.

This designer series paper is so pretty and I realized I definitely did not use it enough since it’s release in January ’24. And creating a fun fold, afforded me the opportunity to showcase more than one print!

Here are the measurements for this project:

Crumb Cake CS: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ – scored at 3 1/4″ and 1″
DSP: 5 1/4″ x 3″ and 5 1/4″ x 3/4″
Basic White CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
Very Vanilla CS: 3″ x 1/2″

Here is the step-by-step for this project:

Trim all layers as noted above
Adhere the large DSP layer to the front/left card flap
Adhere the DSP strip to the right side flap
Adhere the Basic White layer to the inside of the card
Crop a medium die from Crumb Cake card stock using the Countryside Corners Dies
Crop a slightly smaller die from Very Vanilla card stock using the Countryside Corners Dies and adhere to the larger die cut
Stamp the sentiment in Crumb Cake ink onto the trimmed Very Vanilla tag and add to the lower portion of the front flap of the card front
Crop a few sprig die cuts from Highland Heather card stock using the Painted Lavender Dies and adhere to cropped tags
Adhere the focal image tags with Tear & Tape to the right side only – being sure to connect with just the slim flap on the right side of the card front.
Add a few Purple Fine Shimmer Gems and a simple bow from Very Vanilla twine to the card front

Don’t forget… adding a simple image to the inside of your card makes it extra special!
