Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team’s theme is “Pile It On” – showcasing their card/project with layers of DSP and/or embellishments for any occasion. We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments! We love hearing from you. At the end of my post, you will find the full line-up to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
I love layers, so this month’s theme was right up my alley! The dies in the Arrange A Wreath Bundle allow you to create your focal image with beautiful layers in practically no time at all! This bundle was one of my favorites from the Annual Catalog and will get continued use throughout the year with images appropriate for Valentine’s Day, Easter, All Occasion and of course, Christmas!
Here’s the quick step-by-step…
- Layer a piece of Seaside Spray (5 1/4″ x 4″) card stock over a Whisper White CS (thick) card base
- Trim a piece of Whisper White CS to 3 1/8″ square
- Trim a piece of Plush Poinsettia Specialty Paper to 3″ square
- Adhere squares together and then on to Seaside Spray layer
- Crop both wreath images from Brushed Metallic card stock using the Wreath Builder Dies
- Stamp images in Seaside Spray ink and crop with Wreath Builder Dies
- Arrange and adhere the wreath images over the square layers and the adhere cropped images with dimensionals
- Add a few Gold Glitter Enamel Dots randomly on wreath
- Make a double bow from the gold twine (Forever Greenery Combo Pack) and adhere to wreath
More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Mark your calendars for our next blog hop on December 9th when our theme is “Goodbye September Mini Catalog and Hello January Mini Catalog.” Participants showcase their favorites from the retiring holiday catalog or new products from the new mini catalog. Don’t miss the fun! Until then, please stay safe and have fun in your craft space.
