The Floral & Gingham Vellum Specialty DSP is the star of this show today! I adhered a full strip of the Vellum to the card base and added a wide, shorter strip of the Floral Delight DSP to the center of the card front.
I stamped (two-step stamping) three small flowers using both Lemon Lolly and Daffodil Delight ink (with a touch of Pecan Pie to the center of each flower) and cropped with the small flower die.
I stamped a few leaves in Old Olive ink and cropped them with the leaf die from the set.
I cropped two larger flowers from Lemon Lolly card stock for the solid (outer) die cuts and I used Daffodil Delight card stock for the inner (detail) die cuts.
I cropped the (outer) word image from Basic White card stock and a scrap of FOAM ADHESIVE SHEETS! This gave the sentiment a dimension that couldn’t be achieved with just Dimensionals since the die cuts are so narrow.
I cropped the (inner) word image from Old Olive card stock and adhered it to the Foam Adhesive Sheet die cut.
I stamped the sentiment in Old Olive ink and trimmed around it to make a small tag. I added a few Iridescent Foil Gems to the card front for a little sparkle.
Here are the measurements for this quick and easy project…
- Basic White (thick) CS: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
- Floral & Gingham Vellum DSP : 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Floral Delight DSP: 3 1/2″ x 1 1/2″
