ALSO JUST RELEASED… MORE ONLINE EXCLUSIVES! Today’s project was created with the beautiful ‘large & lovely’ image from the (one of the many) newly released ONLINE EXCLUSIVES, called Mixed Florals! You can only find this stamp set in my online store.
I am always looking for a reason to use my Blends Markers and these large image stamp sets do the trick for me every time.
The sentiment stamp is from another Online Exclusive product that was released earlier. It is called Everyday Greetings! I love this meaningful sympathy greeting (as opposed to the usual… I am so sorry) and is the perfect sentiment for this peaceful single stemmed flower.
Here are the measurements for this quick and easy project…
- Basic White (thick) CS: 11″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 5 1/2″
- Calypso Coral CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
- DSP (Beautiful Bokeh (6″ x 6″ DSP): 5″ x 3 3/4″
- Basic White CS: 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″
Here is the step-by-step for this quick & easy project…
- Trim all layers as noted above
- Adhere the Calypso Coral layer to the card base
- Stamp the large floral image in Memento Black ink on the Basic White layer
- Color in image with Blends Markers (I used Daffodil Delight, Lost Lagoon and Calypso Coral)
- Stamp the sentiment with Memento Black ink (Everyday Greetings) to the right of the focal image
- Adhere the stamped layer to the DSP layer (off center) and then adhere both layers to the card stock layer
- Add a simple Tiny Bee Trinket to the card front (Floral Delight Suite Collection – Jan-April ’25 Mini)
