SNEAK PEEK! This new stamp set is called With You In Mind and will be available on January 7, 2025 from the new January-April, 2025 Mini Catalog. This is a set with big fonts, which I love… makes for really easy card making.
Just pick a pretty DSP, stamp one of the big bold font sentiments, crop with a large die and you’re done!
The brand new designer series paper I used for this project may look familiar to you… it’s one of the two DSP packs that Stampin’ Up! re-colored with beautiful new current colors. The DSP is called Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ DSP and the new colors are: Calypso Coral, Wild Wheat, Old Olive, Boho Blue, Lost Lagoon and Pecan Pie! You can find it on page 25 of the new catalog, which will be released on September 7, 2025.
Here are the measurements for this quick and easy project…
- Basic White (thick) CS: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″
- Wild Wheat CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
- DSP (Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ DSP): 5″ x 3 3/4″ and 5″ x 1″
Here is the step-by-step for this fun fold…
- Trim all layers as noted above
- Adhere the DSP strip to the center of the DSP layer
- Adhere the DSP layer to the Wild Wheat layer
- Wrap a strand of the Basic Beige Bordered Ribbon around the layers and adhere to card base
- Stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment in Wild Wheat ink onto a large scrap of Basic White and crop with a large die from the Countryside Corners Dies set
- Adhere the sentiment tag over the ribbon and to the left of the card front
- Make and adhere a bow over the ribbon and to the right side of the card front
- Add a few Opaque Sparkle Dots to the card front
