Now on to our birthday celebration…The Cake Celebrations bundle is a newly released ONLINE EXCLUSIVE and it is the perfect bundle for any occasion that calls for a celebration! Today, we are celebrating a birthday!
Not only do I love the fonts for this set, I also love the fact that you can design a fully ‘stamped’ card front or you can design a beautiful card front with a yummy cake with the dies included in this set.
For this design, I chose to use several different dies for my cake layering and my actual cake layers were cropped from a Pretty in Pink design from the 2024-26 In Color DSP pack.
I embossed my base layer with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. The background die cut for the focal image was cropped with a die from the Spotlight on Nature Dies.
I really love the frosting die… the way it drips so nicely from the top – so yummy looking!
Here are the measurements for this quick project…
- Basic White (Thick) CS: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″
- Pretty in Pink CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″ (embossed layer)
The sentiment was stamped in Lost Lagoon ink onto Basic White scrap paper and fussy cut around the words.
