This project showcases the beautiful new Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder. With a little addition of White (Pigment) ink and some sponge daubers, we have beautiful snow covered trees.
The sentiment was stamped in Crumb Cake ink onto Basic White card stock and then cropped with a die from the Greetings of the Season Bundle.
A few strips from the Gold & Silver Trim Combo Pack and a small bow added a little extra pop to the sentiment tag and focal point!
Here are the measurements for this quick project…
- Crumb Cake CS: 11″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 5 1/2″
- Regal Distressed Patterns DSP: 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Basic White DSP: 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
- Crumb Cake CS: 5″ x 3 3/4″
Here is the easy step-by-step for this project…
- Trim all layers as noted above
- Adhere the DSP layer to the card base
- Emboss the Crumb Cake layer with the Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder
- Using a sponge dauber, add Basic White (Pigment) ink to the raised parts of the embossed trees
- Adhere two (different lengths) strips of the Gold & Silver Trim Combo to the upper right corner of the layer and adhere to the back side
- Adhere to Basic White layer and then to DSP layer (already on card base)
- Stamp sentiment in Crumb Cake ink onto a Basic White scrap and crop with oval die from the die set
- Using same trim as above, add a double knot to the sentiment tag hole on the left side of the die cut
- Add a few Iridescent Foil Gems to the card front
