Grateful for Layers of Beauty

This Layers of Beauty bundle (stamp set, dies AND coordinating Layers of Beauty Decorative Masks) makes it so simple to create the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. You can find this bundle on page 57 of the new Annual Catalog!

This bundle is so fantastic. I have created several cards with it so far… the masks make it as easy as 1.2.3! But for this project, I didn’t use the masks, just the stamps and dies.

After stamping in Pecan Pie ink and cropping with the die, I added just a little bit of color with the Ivory Blends Marker and popped the focal image up with Dimensionals. I added it to a print from the Country Woods DSP and then onto a layer of Pecan Pie card stock for the layering base.

I used a tag die from the Unbounded Love dies and added a little Pecan Pie color to the edges of the tag with a sponge dauber.

I colored a strand of Very Vanilla twine (Baker’s Essentials Pack) with a Pecan Pie Blends Marker and tied it around the DSP layer before adding the focal image.

Adding a few Neutral Adhesive-backed Sequins to the card front gave it just a bit of bling.

Here are the basic measurements for this card:

Basic White (Thick) CS: 11″ x 4 1/4″ and score at 5 1/2″
Pecan Pie CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
DSP: 5″ x 3 3/4″
