Easy Layering with Masks

This Layers of Beauty bundle (stamp set, dies AND coordinating Layers of Beauty Decorative Masks) makes it so simple to create the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. You can find this bundle on page 57 of the new Annual Catalog!

If the idea of building a design from layering masks makes you a little uneasy, rest assured these masks are so easy to use, you will be amazed at the little bit of effort needed to create a stunning focal image.

TIP: Just be sure to use those little notches (see my arrows) at the top of the masks to line up and insure each mask will be sitting at the exact spot on the design.

I used a little strip of washi tape to keep the card stock in one place and then just added the masks one at a time being sure to line up the notches. Easy Peezy!

Below is my color combination for this project. I stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink and added a stamped flower with Peach Pie ink.

With just a few strands of Peach Pie (new In Color) Bordered Ribbon and a white twine bow, I added a textured element to the sentiment to make it pop!

Here are the basic measurements for this project…

Basic White (Thick) CS: 11″ x 4 1/4″ and score at 5 1/2″
Peach Pie CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
Basic White CS: 5″ x 3 3/4″
