Five Minute Birthday Card With Sweetly Scripted

I am officially calling this Sweetly Scripted stamp set the FIVE MINUTE STAMP SET!

I needed a break from pulling outgoing/discontinued retired products from my shelves and decided to make a quick card! I grabbed this new (to me – it was released with the new line-up on March 5th) stamp set from the Online Exclusives and another product from the Online Exclusives… the Fun Patterns Embossing Folders (2pk) and I am not exaggerating… in less than five minutes, I had a quick and easy birthday card ready to be sent!

The designer series paper in this project may look a little familiar. It is from the Countryside Inn Suite Collection from the soon-to-be discontinued Annual Catalog! Sometimes the Last Chance List is a little hard to understand, but in the case with this collection, the stamp set is being discontinued, but the DSP and the Dies are not and will be included in the new 2024-25 Annual Catalog!

Here are the measurements for this project:

Basic White (Thick) CS: 11″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 5 1/2″
Misty Moonlight CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
DSP: 5″ x 3 3/4″
Misty Moonlight CS: 4″ x 2 3/4″
Basic White CS: 4″ x 7/8″

Here is the step-by-step for this project:

Trim all layers as noted above
Run the smaller Misty Moonlight layer through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Fun Patterns Embossing Folder
Adhere the embossed layer to the DSP layer
Adhere both layers to the larger Misty Moonlight layer and then to card base
Stamp the sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink onto trimmed Basic White card stock
Adhere sentiment tag to card front with Dimensionals
Add a few Tinsel Gems to the embossed layer and the sentiment layer
Tie a bow with white twine and adhere to sentiment tag
