Oh my goodness… it’s been a long time since I shared a blog post! I am so happy to say that I am officially moved into our new home in Florida and am thrilled to be able to create again. It has been a very long process of packing, moving, storing, traveling, crashing in with our kids and family for almost four months and finally unpacking and organizing my stamp room! What a trip it has been!

So let’s get right into it! I chose this bundle to start up with again because I love the versatility of the sentiments and I am always partial to beautiful and organic background images. This bundle has both! The Notes of Nature bundle can be found on page 43 of the Jan – Apr 2024 Mini Catalog! It is part of the Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection and it is so beautiful!

REMINDER: The Jan-Apr 2024 Mini Catalog will be retiring at the end of next month! Once the Last Chance and Carry Over Lists are released (next week), there is no guarantee how long these products will last if not on the Carry Over List!

I am very partial to our new 2023-2025 In Colors, especially Pebbled Path and tend to reach for it all the time. Luckily, this collection (Nature’s Sweetness and the Nature’s Sweetness DSP) includes this as one of its coordinating colors.

Here are the measurements for this project: 

• Basic White (Thick) CS: 11″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 5 1/2″
• Pebbled Path CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
• DSP: 5″ x 3 3/4″
• Smoky Slate CS: 4 3/4″ x 2″

Here is the step-by-step for this project:

• Trim all layers as noted above
• Crop a few of the leaf sprigs from Pebble Path ink
• Use the ‘binder hole’ die to crop the trimmed Smoky Slate layer
• Crop a large scrap of Basic White CS with a Deckled Rectangle Die
• Stamp the ‘Field Notes’ image in Pebbled Path ink onto the deckled layer
• Stamp the sentiment onto a scrap of Basic White CS in Pebbled Path ink and trim around the sentiment
• Adhere the layers as shown on the photos
• Adhere the sentiment layer with Dimensionals
• Add a few Brushed Metallic Dots to the card front

UPDATE ON RETIRING PRODUCTS…

The full list of products retiring from the Jan – Apr ’24 Mini and the ’23-24 Annual Catalog will be out next week! As we anxiously await to find out which products will be carried over and which products will be retiring for good, there is one thing we do know for sure TODAY… and that is the 2022-24 In Colors (all products in that color line) will absolutely be discontinued and gone for good once the new catalog is released.

We also know from experience that the inventory for these In Color products NEVER last till the release of the new catty! As of today (I just checked), the only items that I see that are in low inventory is the Orchid Oasis and Starry Sky ink refills!
