This Week's New Product Showcase - Everyday Details

Welcome to this week’s NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE – EVERYDAY DETAILS BUNDLE from the new JAN – APR ’24 MINI CATALOG!

This week, it’s all about this classic but simple EVERYDAY DETAILS BUNDLE!

I may have mentioned before that it was the Everyday Details Dies that caught my eye in the new Mini Catalog. And because these dies are such a show stopper, it may have overshadowed the Everyday Details Stamp Set. That definitely was the case with me, but I am so glad I gave this bundle a second look. You can find this bundle on page 28 of the new Mini.

You’ve seen me use these Everyday Details Dies in several previous projects because I just love them and now, consider them to be a staple in my stamp room!

There is nothing more relaxing to me than to color any image with Blends Markers! I have loved our Blends Markers from the first day they were released (several years ago). I am not much of a television person, so sitting (pretending to watch tv) with some stamped images and a bunch of Blends Markers is close to a perfect evening for me!

The images in this set are simple and beautiful. Stamp the images in Memento Black ink when using your Blends Markers and then just add color! I still tend to be a monochromatic stamper, but adding color to these classic images really brings them to life.

Here are the measurements for this project:

Basic White (Thick) CS: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” and score at 4 1/4”
Sweet Sorbet CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
DSP: 5″ x 3 3/4″

Here is the step-by-step for this project:

Trim all layers as noted above
Adhere the DSP layer to the CS layer and adhere to card base
Stamp the image in Memento Black ink onto Basic White CS and color with Blends Markers
Crop the image with the large ‘double-dotted’ rectangle die
Stamp the sentiment in Memento Black ink and crop with the small stitched rectangle die
Adhere both panels to card front with dimensionals
Add a few Iridescent Pearls to the card front

Here is a second project I created with this beautiful bundle! This design was so clean and simple that I didn’t even add a sentiment! It’s classic design with simple edges can be used for anything from a simple notecard to just about any special occasion! (I used the Nature’s Sweetness DSP – Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection – pg. 41-43). Enjoy!
