The Country Bouquet Stamp Set and Punch are perfect for so many occasions, but sending a birthday wish with this beautiful heart image (and some very neutral colors) couldn’t say it better!
… And don’t get me started on future possibilities with this stamp set and punch as Valentine projects
This set started out as a bundle in our last catalog, but it was so popular that it depleted the inventory pretty quickly after the release of the Jan-Apr 2023 Catalog. It did come back into inventory… and after the stock being depleted again, it was briefly un-available, but now is back in stock and totally available.
The only downside to this is that now it is sold separately, so you are unable to purchase it as a bundle with the usual 10% discount.
This new Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder was the #1 item on my pre-order list! It reminds me of the Timeworn Type 3D EF, but this one has the added brick element to it, which adds so much more interest to it!
The Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder/#161600
I absolutely love our new 2023-25 In Colors. If you know me… you know I wasn’t too thrilled with last year’s collection (way to bright for me)! But now… there are so many more beautiful new core colors with the ‘earthy/woody/neutral’ element to them!
If I had to pick a fave ‘new’ color today, it would be this Pecan Pie (included in with the Neutrals Core Collection). And since, Misty Moonlight (also in the Neutrals Family) coordinates perfect with this color… it was a no-brainer!
Here’s the how-to:
- Trim all card stock (See measurements below)
- Emboss the trimmed Basic White CS with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder
- Using a large Deckled Rectangle Die, crop out the center of the large Copper Clay CS layer
- Crop a smaller Deckled Rectangle Die in both Copper Clay and Basic White (center layers)
- Stamp floral heart from the Country Bouquet stamp set in Misty Moonlight and Pecan Pie ink onto Basic White deckled die cut
- Stamp small outline heart in Pecan Pie ink and punch with Country Bouquet Punch
- Stamp sentiment in Pecan Pie ink and fussy cut around sentiment
- Adhere sentiment over punched heart layer
- Adhere embossed layer to center of card front
- Adhere Copper Clay (large) frame layer over embossed layer
- Adhere both the Copper Clay (small) layer and Basic White stamped layer (askew) over layers
- Wrap ribbon around lower area of layers and adhere all layers to card base
- Wrap twine around Pecan Pie ribbon and make a bow
- Adhere the sentiment and stamped heart image over ribbon using Dimensionals
- Add a few Neutral Adhesive Backed Sequins to card front
Here are the measurements for this project!
- Basic White CS (thick): 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″
- Copper Clay CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Basic White (embossed) 5 /4″ x 4″
- Copper Clay and Basic White scraps for Deckled Rectangle Die Cuts and punched heart
Here is my color combination for this project!
