The Stampin’ Up! 2023-24 Annual Catalog Release Date – May 2, 2023!

I have a cute little sneak peek from the Cheerful Daisies bundle that will be featured in the upcoming catalog! This bundle is part of the Fresh As A Daisy Suite and is full of beautiful, eye-catching and IMO, non-traditional images of daisies!

I actually was inspired by a sample in the catalog using this bundle. I changed up a few things, but all-in-all, I would say it was a pretty close CASE.

Whenever I open up a new bundle that has two-step stamping (which this one does) and two-step dies, I always go ahead and die cut all the images. This gives me a better idea how things will go together. The great thing about this beautiful DSP (called Fresh As A Daisy 12″ x 12″ DSP) is that the DSP coordinates perfectly with the dies so that you can add a die cut directly to the print on the DSP! Take my word for it… once you see the DSP for yourself, you will know exactly what I mean!

Here’s another look at the die cuts…

I trimmed for a slimline card and grabbed one of the Slimline Envelopes (#157981) from the 2022-23 Annual Catalog and decided to decorate it a little bit for more of a pop for my belated birthday card. These envelopes are on the last chance list and will no longer be available after next Monday!

I loved the ‘oops-a-daisy’ sentiment, but felt it needed a little explaining since this card will be used as a belated birthday card. (I am sure it could be used for any sort of apology though). So, I borrowed a sentiment from another new stamp set that will be in the upcoming catalog called Lasting Joy so they know I am apologizing for the late birthday card!

• Vellum CS: 3 1/4″ x 2″ and trimmed at an angle
