Both of the main products used in today’s project are from the latest Online Exclusives release! (Learn more about our Online Exclusives below.) The Irresistible Blooms bundle and the Elegant Borders Dies were first on my list when the Online Exclusives were released early March!

The flower images were stamped in Petal Pink ink and then colored in with Petal Pink Blends Markers. I colored the images before I heat embossed them with White Embossing Powder. This was a first for me. I usually heat emboss first and then color the images in. I found out that I like it so much better doing it this way!
The leaves were stamped in Smoky Slate ink and cropped with the Irresistible Blooms Dies.
I used the rounded die from the Elegant Borders Die and cropped it from a piece of trimmed 5 1/4″ x 4″ layer of Soft Succulent card stock. I cropped it corner to corner for a pretty base layer to make the flowers (and leaves) really pop.
This stamp set has beautiful floral, leaf, background and sentiment images for so many occasions. I was so happy with this color combination:
Here are the measurements for today’s project…
- Soft Succulent CS: 11″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 5 1/2″
- Basic White CS: 5 1/4″ x 4″ (inside of card), 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Soft Succulent CS: (for cropping) 5 1/4″ x 4″
