A quick and easy Happy Birthday card with the single-stamp stamp set called Snow Crystal. This big and bold stamp set is from the July – December Mini 2022 Catalog… and the good news is that it will be carrying over to  next year’s mini (holiday) catalog.

This is a super-easy heat embossed technique where I just heat embossed with White Emboss Powder and then used my Blending Brush to run some Soft Succulent ink over the embossed image for a very subtle backdrop to the snowflake. It really makes the image pop!

I ran a strip of Soft Succulent Satin Shimmer ribbon around the lower portion of the card and tied a bow to the left of the card front. You may notice that my bow ribbon is thinner in width than the ribbon that is used around the card front. That is because I prefer to make a bow with a thinner ribbon, so I usually cut 1/2″ ribbon right down the center to make it more like 1/4″.

I also heat embossed the sentiment onto a thin scrap of Soft Succulent card stock using the same emboss powder. I adhered the sentiment card stock right over the ribbon, so it almost looks like I embossed the sentiment right onto the ribbon!
