My team and I met on Monday evening for our Zoom Team Meeting. I really wish we could meet in-person, but we are located all over the Country! Always fun, but sometimes we add a little extra creativity to the mix and this month, we were challenged with a Tic Tac Toe Board!
All you had to do was pick a line – horizontal, vertical or diagonal and go with it! It is always so much fun when we share our projects during the Zoom! It never fails that we are blown away with each other’s creativity!
Here is the Tic Tac Toe Board we needed to work from…
I have to say that I think this board was a little more challenging than the ones we played with in the past! But everyone did a super job! Scroll down to the end of the post to see some of these fantastic projects from my Crew!
Here is a close up of my entry. I used the center/horizontal line – Punch/Label Me Lovely – Blending Brush/ Pale Papaya -Very Vanilla/Very Vanilla!
I chose the Daffodil Afternoon (SAB) Designer Series Paper because I thought the White on the flower buds would contrast nicely. I kept the card base, sentiment tag and the punched layer Very Vanilla. (Although it looks like White with the lighting on these photos). I used my Blending Brush with Pale Papaya ink as a nice backdrop to the focal image and added just a splash of splatter with an stamp from the Friendly Hello stamp set!
The beautiful Daffodil was stamped in Memento Ink and colored with Old Olive, Pale Papaya and Flirty Flamingo Blends Markers and cropped with one of the Daffodil Dies.
Just a few embellishments were added for the final touch (Pale Papaya & White Ribbon, Bakers Twine Essentials Pack (Very Vanilla) and the Brushed Brass Butterflies).
Now it’s time to check out some of my talented team’s creations. Enjoy!
Diane Mc. chose the top/across line – embossing folder/casing a card/add ribbon
Nancy K. also chose the top/across line – embossing folder/casing a card/add ribbon
Lisa B. chose many boxes but we had to just pick one! All were amazing!
Peggy VH. chose the down/vertical line – embossing folder/blending brush/use of SAB product.
Kim chose the up/diagonal line – 3D project/blending brush or dauber/ribbon!
These ladies are so talented and always up for a team challenge! So glad to be a part of their team!

Don’t forget… all of these 2020-2022 In Color products will be retiring (and that means gone forever!) on May 2, 2022! At my last check, some of them were already in low inventory! Once the ‘Last Chance/Retiring List’ comes out late this month, all items will be while supplies last and once stock is depleted… that’s it!
Don’t miss out! If nothing else, stock up on those ink refills so that you can add many more years to your ink pads. Save your investment!
I hope you enjoyed today’s projects. Thanks for visiting my blog and have a blessed day!
