Sneak Peek #2 – Christmas To Remember – Christmas in July Week !

CHRISTMAS IN JULY WEEK – PROJECT #2 – CHRISTMAS TO REMEMBER

Stampin' Up! Stampinup Christmas To Remember Bundle5

Today’s bundle is the sister set to yesterday’s post where we showcased the Christmas Season bundle! Both are part of the Painted Christmas Suite, which can be found on pages 16 – 19 of the brand new 2021 July – December Mini Catalog! This post features the Christmas to Remember bundle. All of the new products used in our Christmas in July Week series will be available on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 when the catalog goes live!

This fantastic bundle has two extremely large dies that can be combined (as I did in these projects) or used alone for a stunning design either way!

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, this all-sentiment stamp set and pinecone dies are the perfect pair for the Christmas Season’s bundle, which has all images and no sentiments. If you missed yesterdays post, you can see it by clicking here!

For this project, I used the solid pinecone die with the intricate die by layering gold foil (solid) under Shimmery White card stock (intricate). The card base is Very Vanilla and the background layer is also Shimmery White. The dies crop these designs out perfectly and easily.

I accented the gold in the foil by heat embossing the sentiment from the Christmas to Remember stamp set with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and layered it with a short strand of Gold Shimmer Ribbon (new from the Mini Catalog).

My last accent piece was cropping one of the small pinecones from the Christmas Pinecone Dies using both the Very Vanilla and Shimmery White card stock. I added one of the gems from the Genial Gems pack for a simple but subtle touch to the pinecone.

Here is another project I did using this beautiful bundle. With this project, I added a specialty paper from the Sale-a-bration Catalog, which is called Be Dazzling 6×6 Specialty Paper! I earned this paper for FREE as it is a Sale-a-bration reward item. I layered this glittery DSP over Evening Evergreen using the (solid) base die from the Christmas Pinecone Dies.

I used the sentiment from the Christmas to Remember stamp set and the sentiment label was from the Seasonal Label Dies (bundled with the Christmas Season stamp set).

*Just a note of caution when cropping from this beautiful DSP… you’ll need to be patient! It does need a little manipulation once cropped since it is such a heavy card stock to start with and the glitter makes it even heavier. Just run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine several times (I found it worked better with the die cutting plate facing up) and then just play with it until the design starts to take shape. This only happened with the specialty paper… for my first project, it cut through perfectly and effortlessly!

These are the products that I used for my projects today that will be available on Tuesday, August 3rd! And remember, every $50 purchase during Sale-a-bration will earn you a FREE item from the Sale-a-bration Catalog!

  • Christmas to Remember Bundle – #156806 – $60.25
  • Christmas Season Bundle – #156801 – $54
  • Gold 3/8″ Shimmer Ribbon – #156470 – $8
  • Be Dazzling 6×6 Specialty Paper* – Free
  • *There are some SAB items that will be ‘while supplies last’ and the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper is one of them. That means that this SAB item will not be restocked once the supply is depleted! Be sure it’s on your shopping list as soon as the catalog goes live so you don’t miss out!

Sweet Shopping Suggestion: With the purchase of either of these bundles, you would be able to earn the Be Dazzling 6×6 Specialty Paper for FREE on August 3rd!

Check out the FB Live replay for the step by step for both these cards…

I hope you liked today’s projects! So what do you think? Will the Christmas to Remember bundle be first on your shopping list when the catty goes live next week? I would love to know… leave me a comment below!
