There is a new set of dies in the 2021-22 Annual Catalog that you will want to have in your stash. It’s called the Basic Borders Dies and the uses for these dies are endless.

I used the scalloped border die for both the card stock layer and the Pattern Party DSP layer to create a cute edge to the front of this card base. This die is shown the third from the top in the photo below.

This set comes with six full size dies.

I cropped the floral image from the Quiet Meadow bundle in Pool Party card stock to coordinate with the Pattern Party DSP. I used another die from the set (the sentiment die) and wrapped a strand of Pool Party Sheer Ribbon around the scalloped edges for a clean and simple look.

The sentiment was also stamped in Pool Party ink and I finished the project with a few epoxy essentials from the new Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials pack.
