Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team’s theme is “2021-2023 New In-Colors.” We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments because we love hearing from you. Then, at the end of my post, you will find the full line-up to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
I love the theme for this month’s blog hop… because I get to showcase two of my favorite colors from the brand new 2021-23 In Color Collection! Soft Succulent and Pale Papaya!
I am also happy to feature two other products from the new 2021-22 Annual Catalog… the Flowers of Friendship Bundle and the Scalloped Contour Dies! These dies are a must-have and will be a staple in your cardmaking for a very long time!
Here’s the step-by-step:
- Start with a Thick Basic White card base trimmed to 11″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 5 1/2″
- Trim a layer of Soft Succulent card stock to 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
- Crop the largest die from the set from Pale Papaya card stock and adhere to card front
- Trim a layer of Basic White card stock to 4 1/2″ x 3 3/4″
- Using the Soft Succulent Stampin’ Write Marker, stamp the stem image onto the white card stock layer
- Stamp a few leaves in Soft Succulent ink, crop with the dies from the set and adhere over stems
- Crop two large and four smaller flowers from the new In Color Shimmer Vellum and adhere flowers to card front
- Add a floral embellishment and pearl to the centers of each flower
- Stamp the sentiment on the lower right corner of focal image layer
Easy Peasy! I am in love with each of the new In Colors this year (I don’t say that every year) and I know you will be too! I hope you liked my blog hop project this month!
More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Mark your calendars for our next blog hop on June 9th with “Fun Ways to Use Your Stampin’ Up! Products.” Participants showcase at least one of their favorite product tips. Don’t miss the fun! Until then, please stay safe and have fun in your craft space.

This card is so soft and pretty. The colors are fabulous. Love Polished Pink and Pale Papaya, soft succulent is creeping in there. Loving it the more I see it. The dies from the Color Contour are just awesome!
Thank, Kimberly… I totally agree!

Thanks so much, Stacy!
I’m ordinarily not a big fan of peach/orange colors, but this is outstanding! I love the simplicity of those delicate vellum flower petals and the scallop rectangle sets them off perfectly!
Thank you, Denise!
