LOLLYPOP PAPER AND INK

Blending Brushes and Black & White DSP!

I think Blending Brushes are the answer to adding that POP to any black and white design!

For this project, I used products from several different suites.. and I love how it turned out! Usually, I don’t need much coaxing to use my Blending Brushes, so when I saw the beautiful black and white prints from the True Love DSP (Love You Always Suite – pg. 11 – 13 Jan June Mini Catalog), two of them practically jumped onto my stamp desk!

I chose the print of three large flowers bunched together from the DSP and fussy cut around the edges… I love to fussy cut – it’s so relaxing. I used my Blushing Bride  and Old Olive ink along with my Blending Brushes (pg. 70 Jan June 2021 Mini) and colored them in… again, very relaxing for me!

Once I had my focal image at set, I chose a wide strip from the Love You Always Specialty DSP in the Blushing Bride color. I also used a sentiment from the Hydrangea Haven (Hydrangea Hill Suite pg. 18-20 Jan June Mini) stamp set and the Blushing Bride and Basic White twine from the Snail Mail Twine Combo Pack (Snail Mail Suite pg. 54-54 Jan June Mini).

I cropped the large circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies and used it as a backdrop for my floral focal image. I popped the image up with dimensionals and added one Champagne Rhinestone for a little extra sparkle!

I hope you liked today’s projects! I have the measurements below if you want to give it a try. Leave me a comment and let me know how it turned out!
