This project was so quick and easy to put together. The beautiful sentiment and cute cropped leaves from the Beautiful Autumn bundle just needed a little watercolor effect to bring it all to life.
I started by watercoloring a full sheet of our watercolor paper with several different inks so that I could pick and choose the size I needed for several projects.
For this one, I trimmed it to 1 1/2″ x 3 7/8″ and adhered it to a piece of Very Vanilla card stock, which was then adhered to a layer of Soft Suede card stock.
I wrapped a strand of the Metallic Ribbon around the layers and before forming the bow, slipped in a small acorn trinket as a cute little accent piece.
I adhered all the layers to the card base.
I stamped the sentiment in Soft Suede ink on the lower right portion of the Very Vanilla layer and cropped a small leaf from the watercolor scrap left over and popped that up with a dimensional above the sentiment.
So cute and so very simple! I hope you liked today’s project!

How do you mail so the envelope doesn’t tear
Karen, Sometimes I enclose an embossed piece of card stock to help protect the embellishments on the card.
