Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our theme is the “new 2020-2022 In Colors.” The Design Team is showcasing the new family of In Colors from the new catalog. We know you will love them as much as we do! At the end of my post, you will find the full line-up below to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
The 2020-22 In Color Collection is perfect on many levels. Not only are each of the five colors (Bumblebee, Misty Moonlight, Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade and Magenta Madness) beautiful on their own… they work so well together! As you can see here, I used Misty Moonlight and Bumblebee and the combo is just perfect.
I started with a beautiful Misty Moonlight card base from the Flowers for Every Season Memory & More Cards & Envelopes Pack and used the new Tasteful Touches Bundle from the brand new 2020-21 Annual Catalog for the sentiment tag. I cropped a few sprigs from the Sunflower Dies (bundled with the Celebrate Sunflower stamp set) from the In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP pack for some extra ‘pop’ to the card.
I also used a small scrap of Bumblebee DSP from the 2020-22 In Color DSP to layer under the sentiment tag and Vellum layer before I popped up the sentiment and cropped sprigs with dimensionals.
My finishing touch was the small bow I made from the Bumblebee Gingham Trim and a few enamel dots from the In Color Enamel Dots… in Bumblebee, of course!
