Pals Blog Hop – March Critters

Welcome to the Pals’ Blog Hop! We’re so glad you’re here. You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. This month we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Pals Blog Hop with “Critters” from the Stampin’ Pretty Pals.

Many of the design team members are offering “Mystery Blog Candy” of their choice to 1 lucky winner. To play along, just leave a comment on as many blog posts as desired. A random winner will be announced on a subsequent blog post by each participating design team member. You’ll find the full line-up below to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

Stampin' Up! Stampinup! Bonanza Buddies Bundle with Birthday Bonanza DSP Happy Birthday with Toucan card by Lori Pinto1

This adorable little critter can be found in the Bonanza Buddies Bundle which includes the Bonanza Dies! Some of these dies crop images straight from the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper perfectly! Not to mention my favorite die… the large tag die that can be used for gift tags, book marks and fun layers (like I used here) for any card project!

My color combination for this card is:

These colors seemed a little dark for me (Subtles girl here!), but once I popped them up on top of all the other beautiful colors from rest of those cutie critters from the DSP print, I loved the color balance!

I hope you liked today’s Critter Blog Hop project! Don’t forget to comment below for your chance at some Blog Candy Giveaway!

  1. Love how you put your own stamp on the critter theme Lori! This is such a bright, fun card…kind of like my favorite color family which is Bold Brights:)

  2. My favorite color group are the “Brights”. I love bright colors, flirty flamingo, mango melody, daffodil delight………..I could go on. But these are my all-time favorite. Love your cards. Thank you for sharing.

  3. I love this card – I love this set!! I have 6 great-grandchildren and this set is just the thing for them! Not my favorite colors as I prefer softer colors in the subtle group, namely blues and greens, but the colors you used are just right with this set!! Have to get busy and CASE your card! Thanks for sharing.

  4. I like the tag idea on your card. I made some tags but couldn’t quite figure out how to use them on a card and you just solved that issue.

  5. I’m a Subtles girl as well. I do love those Birthday Bonanza critters & they offer many different color combos with the DSP paper. I can see many “bigs” & “littles” cards in the future!

  7. Your card is adorable Lori. Great for the children in my life. I love the Subtles color selections, especially the Petal Pink. The subtles go with so many different projects and I love the soft colors!

  8. Just love this stamp set. I wasn’t going to purchase but I have seen so many cute and inspiring cards, that I think I am going to have to purchase the stamp set and DSP. Really liked the card that you made with it. Wasn’t quite sure of the colors either, but when you put it all together, they work out well. The DSP has other colors that you can use. Thanks for sharing your cute card !
