There are some sheets of Designer Series Paper that are going to be harder than others to say goodbye to, and for me it’s the All My Love DSP from the Occasions Catalog!
Because I loved this paper so much (especially this print), I wanted to be sure it was going to be one of those cards that use the DSP as the show stopper! And I think it did the trick!
I used a Stitched Rectangle Framelits Die to crop out the shape from the front of the card base. Then I adhered my favorite print DSP to the inside of the card base.
I stamped the sentiment from the First Frost Stamp Set (carrying over into the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog) in Crumb Cake ink onto a piece of Whisper White card stock and cropped it out with a new punch (available June 4th in the new Annual Catalog), called the Timeless Label Punch.
I trimmed a piece of Crumb Cake card stock into a narrow strip and glued a strip of the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon over (just the left side) of the strip. I adhered the sentiment tag to the right side of the strip and let the tulle ribbon rest right over the sentiment. I tied a bow with another strip of the tulle ribbon and glued the bow to the left side of the sentiment tag.
Hope you liked today’s project and I hope you are using up all your favorite designer series paper to make beautiful cards to share.
