The new stamp set called Handwritten allows you to do just that! It’s the perfect background stamp for any project! And the gorgeous ‘Distinkive’ image from the Healing Hugs stamp set added the perfect focal image.
The floral image from the Healing Hugs stamp set was stamped first in Petal Pink ink and then the edges were inked up with Poppy Parade using a sponge dauber. Using the Stamparatus for this technique is such a time saver! I made a mask of the flower image so that I could stamp the leaf image (in Pear Pizzazz) as close as possible.
I used the rectangle tag from the Stitched Labels Framelits Dies and heat embossed a sentiment from the Itty Bitty Stamp Set in Poppy Parade. I adhered the button from the Tinted Faceted Buttons by running a strand of Whisper White Baker’s Twine through the stitched layer tag and tied a bow on top. I popped up the sentiment layer with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I hope you liked today’s project. Be sure to check out these fantastic July promotions!
