This new stamp set, Healing Hugs has nothing but healing vibes and beautiful images to send to a friend or family member.

This beautiful set is really all you need for sending healing hugs, love and get well wishes all year long. These images are photorealistic with the exclusive Stampin’Up! manufacturing process called ‘Distinkive’. You can learn all about the process by clicking on the video below.

I used a color combination of Petal Pink, Cajun Craze and Mint Macaron for this project. The Nature’s Poem DSP gives you so many choices when it comes to color combos and this DSP was perfect to accent the beautiful flower in the Healing Hugs set.

 

I stamped off with the Cajun Craze for the floral image because this ‘Distinkive’ stamp is meant to showcase the beautiful shading and I thought stamping full strength would be too dark. I do love the way it turned out.

I used the Pretty Label Punch for the sentiment layer and stamped it first with the two-toned leaves from the set in Mint Macaron. Then I stamped the sentiment in Cajun Craze (full strength).

I layered Petal Pink card stock under and over the Nature’s Poem DSP and fussy cut around the large stamped floral image. I used Dimensionals to pop up the flower image and wrapped a strand of Mint Macaron Baker’s Twine around the Petal Pink layer and tied a knot.

I finished it off with a few Mint Macaron Faceted Dots.
