This Blossoming Basket Bundle is perfect for just about any coloring technique you are in the mood for! I used my Stampin’ Blends for the easiest shading possible!  🙂

My first layer was Whisper White card stock, using the new Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder. I ran it through the Big Shot and then sponged all four edges with Crumb Cake Ink. I wrapped a couple of strands of Linen Thread around the embossed layer.

I used the Memento Tuxedo Black Ink to stamp the image onto Thick Whisper White Card Stock. (Be sure to use the thicker card stock or keep a scrap under your image while coloring because it will bleed through!) I used the Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Blends (Combo Pack) for the floral image, Old Olive (Combo Pack) for the leaves and the Ivory Stampin’ Blend for the basket. Coloring and blending with these markers just could not be any easier!

I attached the embossed layer to the Crumb Cake card stock. I cropped the floral basket image into a 2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″ square and popped that under the linen thread line and onto the left side of the card front with a few dimensionals. I tied a bow and attached a glue dot so it looks like the bow is placed onto the top of the basket.

I stamped just the words ‘for you’ from the sentiment in this set in Crumb Cake Ink and cut around the image in a tag shape. I have a mini dimensional holding down one side of the tag and the other has a short piece of Linen Thread attaching it to the bow.

This was such a fun card to make. Using these Stampin’ Blends makes shading so easy… even for us non-artists! I hope you like it!
