You can probably tell from last weeks’ posts that I am obsessed with this Petal Palette Stamp Set and Bundle! Please bear with me for just a couple more examples of this beautiful set!
The stamp set and the paper from the Petal Passion DSP is unbelievably coordinating! I stamped the branch image in Basic Black and fussy cut around it. If you are not into fussy cutting (I find it very relaxing), there is a similar branch die in the Petals & More Thinlits Dies that would work just as well.
I used a strip of Basic Black card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Woodland Textured Impression Embossing Folder. I also ran a scrap piece of Whisper White through the Big Shot with the Layered Leaves Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. These two embossed layers worked great matched up with the Petal Passion DSP, which I used for the lower third of the card.
I attached the fussy-cut image to the strip of embossed Basic Black card stock and added the cropped image of the adorable bird from the set. I stamped the bird in Memento Black ink and colored it in with Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends Markers.
