This is definitely one of my favorite bundles from the 2018 Occasions Catalog! It is called Petal Palette and has so many ways to use it for different and beautiful cards each time.
It is a double stamp set and the thinlits are beautifully intricate and delicate. And there are so many sentiments that it makes this set even more versatile.
The DSP is called Petal Passion and is full of beautiful black and white prints that can be colored with pencils, markers or blends. I used Pool Party Stampin’ Blends to fill in some of the white parts of the floral images and layered the DSP on Pool Party card stock.
I cropped out the large leaf image with the Big Shot and the die from the Petals and More Thinlits Dies using Pool Party card stock. I used the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets for adhering the cropped image to the Basic Black card stock. I was so happy I remembered to use these sheets! I forgot how easy it makes adhering these intricate die cuts. Check out my video HERE to see how easy and perfect these sheets work for adhering detailed dies.
I finished it off with a strip of Pool Party 3/8″ Shimmer Ribbon and a Thank You sentiment cropped out with the tag die from the Petals and More Thinlits.
Here are the measurements I used for this project:
- Card base – 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
- Pool Party card stock – 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″
- DSP – 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Pool Party card stock – 2-7/8″ x 4-3/8″
- Basic Black – 2-3/4″ x 4-1/4″
- Pool Party scrap for cropping
