Today I have a sneak peek of a stamp set from the 2018 Occasions Catalog, which will be available for purchase on January 3rd. The stamp set is called Flying Home. Isn’t it adorable? It is perfect for coloring in with your Blends or simply stunning in back and white!
I added just a touch of background and the sentiment from a set in the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. This set is called Beautiful Peacock and I got this set for FREE. You can too! With any $50 purchase from any catalog, you can earn a FREE product from the Sale-A-Bration brochure.
I just love this little birdhouse! With just a few of my Blends Markers, I colored it in to make the image really pop! You could use Stampin’ Write Markers, Watercolor Pencils or even leave it beautiful as just a black and white image.
Like I said, I used the background stamp and the sentiment from the FREE set called, Beautiful Peacock. I stamped these images in Smoky Slate and mounted it on a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock to pick up the Cherry Cobbler Blends coloring that I added sparingly to the birdhouse image.
I finished it off with a strand of Smoky Slate Gingham Ribbon and tied a knot to the side of the focal image.
