Today’s CAS Saturday card is super simple with a fresh look to it (must be the citrus 🙂 )!
What makes this card pop is the Pear Pizzazz background and using the Garden Trellis Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. The Lemon Zest stamp set and punch is just so easy to cut out these adorable lemons and limes in no time flat! I am giving full credit to this Lemon Zest punch for making this such a perfect CAS card! I used Pear Pizzazz and Daffodil Delight ink for the stamping.
I stamped the lemon image and the Happy Birthday sentiment on a piece of Whisper White card stock and then ran it through the Big Shot with one of the Lots of Labels Framelits Dies. I used a sponge dauber to outline the edges of the die piece. Then, I took a punched image of the lemon and adhered that right over the stamped image with some Stampin’ Dimensionals. (This just gives a little extra pop of color if you look at the card from an angle!)  🙂
I ran a piece of the Daffodil Delight Double Stitched Ribbon around the top quadrant of the card and tied a cute little bow! (This ribbon is very bow friendly 🙂 ). I randomly arranged the lemon and lime slices and adhered them with glue dots. CAS Complete!
