This Bike Ride Bundle – the Bike Ride stamp set and the Build A Bike Framelits Dies is so darn cute….but I have to say it does take a bit of time to stamp and cut all of the adorable pieces. Trust me though…. it is absolutely worth it! I used flowers for the top of the basket, but I can’t wait for the Fall and I will fill it with the apple stamp included in the set!
I stamped and cut a bunch of practically all the dies from the set since I knew I would be using this set again and thought it would save time. For this card, I used the Smokey Slate ink for the main bicycle pieces and Peekaboo Peach ink with a little bit of Tangerine Tango ink for the accents and the colored card stock layer.
I stamped the sentiment and the balloons from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set. I used the Balloon Bouquet Punch for the balloons and it just took a quick trim to cut out the congratulations sentiment. I started with Chocolate Chip card stock for the base and layered the piece of Peekaboo Peach and then a piece from the Wood Textures DSP Stack for the main layer so the bike image would pop right from there! I used a little bit of Linen Thread to tie the balloons to the bike.
Once you have all the pieces cut and in front of you… the fun begins! 🙂
