It’s MonoMonday… which gave me the perfect opportunity to try out the new Embossing Paste and Pattern Party Decorative Masks! This adds a fun layer of texture in addition to the die cut layers!
I used the Colorful Seasons Bundle with the Seasonal Layers Framelits Dies for the chairs. I cut two chairs, to add a little dimension to the scene. I added a couple of drops of Crumb Cake ink into just a little bit of the embossing paste and spread it over one of the masks from the Pattern Party Decorative Masks (there are 4 different masks to choose from in this set). It dries super quick so there is no down time!
I stamped the sentiment in Crumb Cake ink from the same stamp set and mounted it on a piece of Whisper White over a piece of Crumb Cake card stock that I cut with the Layering Circle Framelits Dies and the Big Shot. The DSP is retired from the Serene Scenery Stack, but it just worked perfectly here with the monochromatic color scheme of tans, beiges, and whites! I also added a little extra flower on the inside of the card, stamped in Crumb Cake ink and lined the envelope flap with a leftover scrap from the retired DSP.
I hope you liked today’s MonoMonday card! All of the products I used for this project are listed below.
