This card was born from finding out that my husband’s colleagues have deemed me the ‘go-to’ when they need a group card for someone’s birthday – usually the next day!!! But I am so happy to do it for them! 🙂  And this one was super quick and easy.

I started with a Whisper White Card Base and layered a piece of light blue paper. I used a piece of paper from the Serene Scenery DSP Stack and cut off a strip from the top of that paper (about 1- 1/2″). After placing that strip in the Celebrations Duo Embossing Folder, I ran it through the Big Shot. I then adhered it to the center of the original sheet.

I cut a piece of burlap ribbon and attached it with a antique brad. I stamped the sentiment ‘It’s your birthday’ and the number ’40’ on the lower quadrant of the card and that was it!
