This card was so easy to make with the Thoughtful Branches (stamp set) and Beautiful Branches (thinlits) bundle. The die cuts come out super crisp and clean using the Big Shot. I also used an embossing folder with a wood grain background for my layering piece.

I started with the Crumb Cake DSP (tree top) and Crumb Cake card stock (tree trunk) and made all my cuts. I also stamped and cut out one of the little birds from the stamp set. I stamped the sentiment ‘You’re In My Thoughts’ with Marina Mist ink on the white piece of layering paper before I sent it through the Big Shot with the wood grain embossing folder. I layered a piece of Crumb Cake card stock over the card base and layered the wood embossed white paper over the card stock.

I arranged the tree on the right side of the card and placed the little birdie in it with a piece of a dimensional. I wrapped some twine over the sentiment for a little added color and that’s it! I hope you like how this one came out. It would be perfect to send to someone, letting them know that you are thinking of them!
